Its kind of late that i am writing this post, Creative Commons India went live on the 26th of January 2007! I am happy that CC has finally found its place in India. The initiative is run by the IIT, Mumbai. This would probably allow more creative work to flow into the already increasing CC copyright content boom! sure there is enough creative content in the country that would tap into this wonderful opportunity. It is really a worthy initiative from the IIT, Mumbai which would definitely change the creative content landscape in India.
