I came across this nice essay..(rather this is a paper ;-)) that came out in the International Journal of Instructional Technology and Distance Learning.

I must however mention that it is not very interesting to read..but is definitely informative.For the time being i just gone through a summary that my summarizer gave me,but i must say it is definitely worth a read.Also i’ve got this blinked for a later-read.
